All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Taxes are calculated at checkout, and the total you approve before paying is the amount you are charged.

We work hard to keep product details, availability, and pricing accurate. If an obvious error affects your order, we may cancel it and issue a full refund before it ships.

Every custom watch is assembled to the configuration you select. Because each build is made to order, please review your selection carefully before paying — see the Refund Policy for how changes and returns are handled.

Each watch carries a 1-year warranty on the movement against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the rated resistance, or ordinary wear.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use its content without permission. All site content and branding remain the property of A's Watches.

The site and products are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
