Refund Policy

At A’s Watches, every watch is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. Because many of our pieces are custom-built or modified, we can only offer refunds or exchanges under certain conditions.

1. Custom Orders
All custom or made-to-order watches are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

2. Returns for Defects
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your case and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • You must contact us before sending the item back.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If returning a product, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping unless we made an error.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective items only. Please contact us to arrange this.
