Shipping Policy

Custom builds are assembled and regulated by hand before they leave the bench — allow around 2 weeks for assembly, plus about a day to ship. Prebuilt models ship within 2 business days. If a build needs extra time, we'll let you know.

Shipping is free for a limited time. Orders are sent fully tracked and insured for their value while in transit.

Once your order ships, we'll add the carrier and tracking number to your order. You can follow it any time from the Track Order page using your order number and email.

Transit time depends on your destination and carrier, and is separate from the processing time above. Domestic orders usually arrive within a few business days of shipping; international orders take longer.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

If tracking stalls or a package looks lost, contact us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
